Course joining instructions

£440 per day for teams of 2. 20% discount applied for block bookings. (based on £45 per hour for a solo, plus an additional £10 per extra person) Discounts also available for block bookings. This is a two day initial ocean rowing coaching session. The day is aimed at people who have just got their boat and want help with initial set up and on water skills and drills training. The first half of the day will be on the dockside looking at the boat inside and out, after lunch we will go afloat and cover emergency drills such as anchor, and man over board. We will also cover rowing technique, row seat and oar set up and general seamanship. Day 2 will be on the water honing more drills, passage planning and team dynamics including shift patterns. Let us know if you have any specific training needs. You will usually be responsible for getting the boat into the water ready for the start of the session at 9am, and out of the water after training. However we can do this for you at an additional cost if pre arranged. If you need help and advice with this get in touch in advance. Further days coaching can be booked if required.
